Who are we ?

Georges LAVANCHY, founder of the Swiss events agency Swiss Lakes Sàrl based in Geneva and Hugues de BELLEFROID, organizer of the highly select Interclub Classic in Belgium, share not only a long-standing friendship but also a joint passion for historic vehicles and sports/racing cars.

The idea of organizing an exceptional historic rally seemed obvious, and has given birth to this first edition of the Swiss Lakes Classic®. This historic rally will be the first of a series of six editions that will introduce participants to Switzerland’s finest roads, from lake to lake, between now and 2015.

Satisfying his passion through his profession: this has always been the watchword of Georges LAVANCHY. His events agency, founded in 1993, has organized more than 1,000 events and is now acknowledged as the leading partner or companies seeking to stage a range of top-quality events for anywhere between 5 and 2,500 people.
