Regulations

ELIGIBILITY

Historic rally open to vehicles homologated and built between 1930 and 1975 (model year) and at the discretion of the organizers.
Vehicles must be in conformity with the requirements of the Swiss Highway Code.
Tyres must be approved for use on public roads.

TEAMS

Teams will be composed of a maximum of two persons, each authorized to drive in turn without any requirement for systematic driver designation. Each member of the team must possess a valid driving licence.

ENROLMENT

Requests for enrolment should be made by way of the enrolment form on the www.swisslakesclassic.ch web site.
 

The enrolment will be validated only after reception of the deposit.

The charge for participation covers the following services :

• All costs linked to organization of the event
• Admission of the car, driver and co-driver to the whole of the event
• Lunches (without alcoholic drinks) on 7, 8 and 9 June 2012
• Cocktails and dinners on 6, 7, 8 and 9 June 2012
• Accommodation in a double room and breakfast for two people for the nights of 6, 7, 8 and 9 June 2012
• Cost of equipment hire
• Cost of obtaining authorizations from the Swiss authorities
• Cost of obligatory third-party insurance
• The technical assistance team
• Hiring of pick-up vehicles
• Two rally plaques
• A Road Book
• A log book
• A set of door numbers
• Obligatory advertising by the organizer
• Souvenir gifts offered to each team
 

PAYMENT

BEFORE 31st January 2012
Enrolment: CHF 5,950 (Swiss francs) including VAT – ONLY in SWISS FRANCS and if amount is paid in total
Bank costs at your charge

AFTER 31st January 2012
Enrolment: CHF 6’250 (Swiss francs) incl. VAT – ONLY in SWISS FRANCS
Deposit: CHF 4’250 (Swiss francs) including VAT- ONLY in SWISS FRANCS – to be paid by 30 March 2012 at the latest
Balance: CHF 2,000 (Swiss francs) incl. VAT- to be paid by 30 April 2012 at the latest
Bank costs at your charge

CANCELLATION POLICY

The deposit is non-refundable.

The balance will be refunded if notice of cancellation is received before 15 April 2012
All cancellation received after 15 April 2012 will not be taken into account and the participation to the rally will have to be fully paid.
The above conditions cannot be subject to any derogation.
